Tthe Influence of Jazz Music

Not until a century, this kind of music named Jazz Music have nominated American music from a folk music to a heavyweight one. Nowadays, there are many people listen to it and play it nearly every corner around the world.

In the 19 century, music is the method of expressing the life and emotions of Negro salves themselves from south America. Begin from the end of 19 century, Jazz Music is a mixture based on traditional English-American music and mixed with Bruce, Ragtime and other kinds of music. In the end of 19 century 80’s, most cities of south in America, appeared black brass bands, dance bands and concert bands.

Jazz Music is the first song which has been certainly defined American Teenager’s Culture. To resist terrible mechanization wars and restriction of morality, millions of American Teenagers use Jazz Music to mark the difference from their parents.

Negro culture has combined indirectly with America, Jazz Music is the big one. No matter black or white are all in the jigsaw of Jazz Music Culture, and continued to be one of them continuously. Can’t tell that Negroes are merged all through the way of music, though it is determinately the important element to promote integration with the two.

  3. I love Jazz, and I'm glad to see that it's being taught to the next generation at cultural arts institutions like Manna House (www.mannahousejazz.org) in East Harlem, they've been around for over 40 years - it's quite the place for the "underground" scene for Jazz in Upper Manhattan, NYC!
